RTFKT x Nike Dunk Genesis CRYPTOKICKS (“Kicks”) is a 20k NFT collection that was revealed in April 2022 when the mysterious MNLTH NFT was unlocked.

The Kicks can be equipped with interchangeable skin vials from the RTFKT SKIN VIAL: EVO X collection that was revealed at the same time as the Kicks.

Nike has filed many patents on the technology and seems to have a roadmap for rollout and development. It has been a very long time since the reveal and the evolution of the roadmap is likely to be revisited very soon. Other than being a collector’s item the Kicks will also have utility in AR/VR as part of your CloneX. RTFKT recently mentioned they are very pleased with Apples Vision Pro and that it will finally enable their futuristic vision and what they have been developing to become reality. Additionally, CloneXs in various trailers have all been wearing these Kicks so this further speaks to the importance of the digital collectible in the RTFKT ecosystem.
